Poor after sales delivery

May 2010 I paid off my Hyundai Getz. On Monday 8/7 I sold the car. I was asked for ownership papers. Not being well informed, I went to traffic department to get them, they said I need to obtain from bank which financed car. I thought it would be simple. But turned out to be a mission and up until yesterday was not resolved and Manager Shabir Suleiman failed to contact me. I followed up on Tuesday afternoon 9/7 with MFC call centre regarding when I will receive papers. Was informed they need to get from archive and then to finalise and will be couriered to the requested Nedbank Branch. Friday 12/7 followed up after numerous calls was informed sent to the bank. I followed up with branch they said did not receive and would take 5 days. My dissatisfaction is :
1. When I paid up the car, why did MFC not send me an sms /email or a letter to ask me where should they send my ownership papers too.
2.Why only reconcile papers now, three years later? Their strategy to reconcile paid up accounts need improving.
3.Why does it take so long for the documents to reach branch? Do they use a cheap snail mail courier company?
Service delivery unacceptable... turnaround time should be 24hrs not 10days
