I called the AARTO call centre to assist and give advise on an infringement notice that was paid to one party but then re-issued to me.
Understandably not Aarto's problem but being their business one would think you'd get the right advise as oppose to the bad attitude and the "NOT OUR PROBLEM, YOU NEED TO SORT IT OUT" that I got from the call centre agent.
She got her back up so badly, needless to say me too and all I wanted was some advise. Instead I got "NO" and "YOUR PROBLEM".
Thanks to the SA government for subjecting us to this useless AARTO company!!!
