I paid a fine, I changed the beneficiary reference to the Infringement number, when the payment went through it
showed an old Infringement number on the proof of payment. It still shows as outstanding. I have been trying since the 4th June to get through to someone at AARTO, emailed, faxed and phoned. NO ANSWER. Jo'burg gave me numbers that don't work. The Metro Police put me on hold for a half hour. Will someone at AARTO get off their backside and answer the telephone, they are such useless people. I am so sick of the incompetence in this country, it's the same all over the place.
