OUR WATER IS CUT. a payment was made today of R1000 and if we don't pay another R500 we will not have any water until we pay that. This is don't tell me you cant put the water back on how the did you switch it off in the first place if you cant, this would never happen in informal settlements could the city of cape town is too scared for the people in informal settlement.
If no payment was made at all I would certainly understand why you are switching our water off and why the is it that there are people that are months outstanding with their water bill and they have lovely free flowing water this is utter, coming home from a long day at work this is the last thing you need right now. SEND SOMEONE TO SWITCH THE WATER BACK ON.
I cant believe this supervisor simply refused to assist us, why are you a supervisor in the first place.
