This municipality gave me a purchase order in February and since then they refused to let me sign the Service Level Agreement and start with the job.
They told me that they are in consultation with their Legal Department and as to what has it to do with that department I have no clue.
After several attempts to get the guest of their stance including the Municipal Manager, COO, Head of Supply Chain no one has ever bothered to put me in light.
I have been told by reliable sources that they wanted to withdraw the tender on the bases of the candidate which was earmarked didn't make it and they said only two of us applied ant the turn out was not good and also been told that the project didn't address the need.
I need answers and mostly my costs to be re-imbursed and derseve to be respected as a human being and as a service provider.
