I hope u can help me. I was unfairly dismissed and went to the Ccma were won the case. The ccma send me and the Employer a letter stating that they must pay me the amount off R41000 that is due to me.
The money is still not payed and the Ccma said that i must wait for two months>
Please help me i am sitting with out a job because of these people and they said to the ccma that they will not pay me.
What can i do because they cant get away with it and they owe allot of people money.
I worked for these people and i need this money to pay may debts. I am battle-ling to find a job.
Please assist in this matter.
