I would like to know if there are anybody that will be able to help me with a CCMA case against a previous employer that I had worked for and the CCMA case are ongoing from this year April 2013 but they do not get back to me with any answer and it does not seems like they want to help with the case, although they tell me and sent me a email that they did meet with the HR from that company but still nothing happens to get the case finalised. The case are concerning, overtime, leave pay, commission and a increase that I never received and then the CEO Mr Fikile wanted to get rid of me when he heard that I opened a CCMA case against him and I said that I will not leave except if he put this in writing whereto he just said If I do not take his offer he will make my life living and then that same day I got a letter of suspension without any charge or even a notice of attention to suspension. Please I need somebody that will be able to help me to get the CCMA to do something or to help me get the money that is owed to me by this employer.
I have all the Ccma Documents, all my evidence, emails to Ccma that I would like to forward to you
