It is an absolute walking through to resolve a dispute with Joburg City!! I am trying to dispute a billing enquiry with them and i am being bulldozed by their misplaced power to intimidate and bully, yet never admit when on the wrong side. Their call and walk-in agents are either never to be reached or when i finally reached them, i was treated with prejudice and contempt. I was declared offender without even my case being heard!
How do i present my case forward? How do i defend my stand with them, without being threatened all the time that if i don't pay right now, they will cut my power off? Irrespective that the fault is on their side! I will appreciate any advice and help with this matter, since i see they are one of the suppliers that never responds, according to your stats!? How typical of a big Bully!
