NEARLY 3 YEARS AND DEPOSIT REFUND NOT RECEIVED

On the 26/1/2011 - Transfer of ownership to the new owners occurred. It took Joburg City Power until Oct 2012 to register the 2 stands rates and and relating billing to them.
I have contacted both Joburg City Power and [Email Removed] (Anna Cox) numerous times in order to get my deposit back.
No joy!!!

It makes no difference what time of the day you call the number below... it never gets answered!
