We requested emailed our voucher problems at city power on the 12 March 2013 and we never heared anything from her since. We like the matter to be quickly resolve and we hope to hear from them soon.
The matter is between Blue Label and City power to give Refund or Send Correct token numbers the correct meter number is 1871490 not 18490 as printed on the slip. They have details of the person concerned.
