Good day I am extremely annoyed with the service that I received from Johannesburg City Council I phoned on the 13 Feb 2013 given ref: 8001337175 for them to please cut my grass at the back of my house and up to date the grass is still not cut as a result of them not attending to my call my call kids playing with fire behind my house and the entire lapa and entire lounge caught fire my property is damaged I have to fixes everything buy I new lounge suite fix my roof fix the pool and fix the lapa all because no one up to date has come out to cut the long grass in Ennerdale the service we get is pathetic and all this damages is caused to my home I was told from head office that someone will come out to investigate and still no one the grass is still not cut and no one has come to see the damages caused to my property I am highly disappointed
