Good after noon I am extremely unhappy with Johannesburg City Council On 13 February a logged a call for them to please come out to cut the long grass behind my house I was given a ref: 800337175 said that they will attend to cutting the long grass in two weeks because no one came out or even border to come and cut the long grass some random kids was playing with fire on the 25 June 2013 and my property caught fire my entire lapa burned down as a result of the lapa burning my entire pool is damaged my lounge caught fire and my lounge suite also caught fire due to the lack of our long grass not being cut in Ennerdale my property was burned up to date the long grass is not cut and I am till sitting with the damages and mice and rats running up and down in my burned property I phoned head office 25 June 2013 they said they will send someone out to investigate they refuse to give my a reference for the call and said some will be out either 28 June or 1 July 2013 no one has come out I am extremely unhappy and needs this resolved
