I had a problem with my grass in my garden. It didn't grow in certain areas because of too much shade. He assured me that after he treated my grass it will be perfect. I trusted his knowledge and so he came and "treated" the grass with a chemical treatment and sowed seeds. After 3 weeks I couldn't see any change. I phoned, emailed and sms'd him to come and look. After about 2 months he came, "treated" it again in 5 minutes by just throwing some seeds again. Obviously no change again. I demanded my money back. He disappeared and I never heard of him again. After sales service absolutely SHOCKING...
