BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

We reported an illegal connection in one of the units in the building on the 21/02/2013 then we were told it should take about 6-8 weeks for any action to be taken. We called City power back after that waiting period, eventually managed to push them to go to the building. They got there and did nothing as they listened to the tenants story about why she did connected illegally considered her story and said there is nothing they can do. We don't understand this as an illegal connection is just that there should be no considerations at all, as it poses a threat in the building and its unacceptable. This proves to us that we cant rely on anyone to really d their job. This woman is someone else's electricity and City Power seems to think its fine.
