I applied for new service power connection on the 25th July 2013 under the account number 207424239 at the City of Johannesburg region 9 walk-in centre. On Wed 2013/09/11 08:13 AM, the application documentation and proof of payment was forwarded to Seun Rampai (0721849665) at City Power Johannesburg for their further processing. The power has not been connected and have had no further response/s from City power to-date.
Can someone please respond to my application and / or come and connect the power before the end of this year still? I'm begging for their further assistance and / or feedback in this regard.
