I moved into my apartment last month november 2013
and had electricity re-connected this month december 19 2013, power goes out in the morning
after calling the center, i was told i should have power the accounts are up to date. An promised a technician to come take a look hours later i got my own electrician who found out that the fault was a DANGEROUS LOOSE CONNECTION I then payed a call out fee for this. went to the municipal building spoke to Sagie Moodley (manager) and he told me there would be no re-imbursement for this. despite the fact that this was a loose connection because the technician that re-connected my electrcity upon moving in did not tie the cables with a to hold them in place!
I am very unhappy with this I do not find it fair for me to pay for municipal faults!
If i knew who else to direct my issue i would and all i have left is this forum on hello peter!
this is frustrating, its only R160 that im asking to refunded and cannot even get that back!
