My nightmare with Tswane

On the evening of the 5th of June 2013 around 18:50 the power in my flat 804 Barclay Square went out, I immediately assume this was due to power sharing, however, when I went to the balcony the block and the building had power, to be sure I went to the corridor again there was light. The security in the building informed me that there was a City employee in the building disconnecting power for nonpayers, I got my statements and waited for the gentleman. When he arrived I asked him why did he disconnect my power responded by saying he disconnected 803 on the 8th floor and did not touch my power I must call an electrician to come and have a look and not claim that he is the cause of my problem and he left regardless of my pleading. I called 24hour electrician they checked my power box and requested to check the main only to find after testing that my power had been disconnected and 803 had not, one of the guys knocked at 803 and indeed they had power. They charged me R 723.00 and left as they are not allowed to touch city disconnection points. I call Tshwane and went there and called I still did not have my power. My fridge spoilt, 5 days refused to pay me back my money.
