We read about these terrors in news papers but never think we will go through them ourselves, I've been anxiously waiting for my I'd and sons birth certificate for over a year, with every visit I'm turned away, no personal attention and no sense of urgency, I still think quality assurance should be implemented @ horror affairs! I escalated this issue to Vusi Mkhize head of department, and even though the responses were from his PA Andra, the matter was eventually resolved, and I'm very grateful! This is more of a concern, because not everyone has resources to escalate their problems, what happens to them? Its scary to know that it has to get to a point of escalation before anything is done, and done properly! Bridge the gaps Naledi Pandor! And thanks again bab' Mkhize
