I registered a new company on 16/05/2013. I've got a Certificate of Confirmation from the website that cost me money.
I do need however, the hard copies of the certificates of registration. I also need a CoR 44 for for my auditor. As far as I understand that must be done in 40 days after registration. That is today. Your helpdesk is very slow and the 0861002472 number is not working. I have been e-mailing them since the 14th of June and this matter is still not sorted out.
Your lack of service is holding me back immensely. I can't get a bank account or register at SARS because of you taking your time.
