On the 6th of November 2013 I logged on to the Transunion website to register to get a credit report. The website Said I was already registered and that I needed to call the call centre to complete my registration. Upon contacting the call centre I was told that I registered in June 2013. Furthermore I was notified that someone managed to get a credit report with my details. EVEN THOUGH MY REGISTRATION WAS INCOMPLETE!!!
I indicated to them that there has to be some flaw in their registration process if someone can easily register with limited information. The call Centre agent was adamant that there systems are strong enough.
I beg to differ. How is it possible for someone else to register as me. I personaly think that this is a money making on TransUnions part.
