Registration a Nightmare

I registered at Unisa on the 16 January 2013 online and payed my Registration fee on the 23 January 2013. I have not yet received a registration confirmation therefore I cannot register on MyUnisa, I don't know what assignments are, I have sent them 6 emails and called them more than 10 times. I went to the Unisa in Johannesburg and they told me to go to Florida or Pretoria, I am working I can't be taking time off work hence I applyed online. This is very frustrating I regret applying at Unisa should have done my Honours elsewhere but now there is nothing I can do because I have payed th registration fee. It is already Mid February and my registration is still in progress. I am really dissappointed that an Instituion that is celebrating 140 years fails to get a person registered.
