My boss has filled in a form three times for an unabridged birth certificate (which was lost and unassisted) and we needed one urgently within a period of 2 weeks. I received notification today after two days of asking for assistance at head office. They certainly assisted me so efficiently and this makes me so proud to be South African. It feels like there is hope when you deal with such lovely people willing to help.
