LAST MONTH IN mAY, I SENT SOMEONE TO PAY MY RATES AT BUFFALO CITY MUNICIPALITY.HhE BROUGHTMY MONEY BACK TELLING ME THAT THEY SAID THERE IS NO OUTSTANDING BALANCE FOR THE MONTH.LAST WEEK ON THURSDAY THE 13TH OF JUNE I GOT A CALL FROM MY NEIGHBOUR TELLING ME THAT A GUY FRO THE MUNICIPALITY IS DISCONNECTING THE ELECTRICITY.I CALLED BUFFALO CITY AND THEY TOLD I'M BEHIND WITH A MONTH AND THERE IS AN CONNECTION FEE ADDED SO I HAVE TO THAT AMOUNT INCLUDING THE CURRENT MONTH. I AMDE THE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AND THE GUY I SPOKE TO (MR MADONDILE) SAID IT IS DONE IT RECONNECTED. SINCE THEN TILL NOW I HAD NO ELECTRICITY IN MY HOSE AND THE BATTRY FOR MY SECURUTY ALARM IS LOW. I'VE CALLING THESE GUYS TO FIND OUT AND THERE IS NO ANSWER. I SPOKE TO A LADY CALLED FARIZA FOR RECONNECTION AND SHE SAID ITS GOING TO BE RECONNECTED AND THAT WAS EARLY IN THE MORNING.SHE DID NOT GIVE ME ACHANCE TO EXPLAIN AND SHE WAS HARSH TO ME AND RUDE ALMOST ALL OF THEM. THE ONLY PERSON WHO GAVE ME A CORRECT ANSEWR AND A GO AHEAD IS MR LUTHANDO. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, IN 2011 I PAY EXTRA AMOUNTS THAT THEY COULD'T EXPLAIN TO ME WHEN I WAS ASKING THEY SAID THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW DID IT HAPPEN.THEIR SERVICE IS NOT GOOD
