Did Buffalo City not pay their Telkom Account

I don't know if I am the only one, but am APPALLED that NOBODY answers any of the phone numbers that BCM has on their website / in the phone book, etc.

Did they not pay Telkom last month (s) and have been cut off? Or do they not have the capabilities to answer their phoneslines, of which there are MANY!

And all I want to do is enquire what my outstanding amount is...
