Bad attitude and no service

Oth my husband and i have had the disgusting attitude of the nellmapius and midrand testing stations recently.
he needed a car disc renewal and me a license renewal. they did not want to help us. turned us away. charge extra and the receipt only showed the smaller amount. they turned us away. we pay their salaries with our tax money. whats going on here. why are we being robbed. their attitude stinks. they take extra lunch breaks. they get to work late. they sit on ipads while customers wait. no service. bad attitudes. we are so frustrated really. these government organizations as such need to wake up and smell the coffee. incompetent people are getting jobs and educated ones are being left out.
