Bad customer service

I arrived at the ReaVaya station and expected to pay for my bus ticket with no hassle. When I got to the ticket sales cubicle I greeted the two ladies who were seated in it and received no response. I let that pass assuming they hadn't heard me. I initially paid using a ten rand note, however the lady who was "helping" me with buying the ticket tole me to pay using R5 instead. I gave her a combination of coins making up R5 and she further rejected it sayny she didn't have change for me. I waited for a bit amd received no feedback from her. When she eventually started taliking to me again, she said I'd have to go and ask for change from one of the hawkers across the road. At this poiny I was quite annoyed as making sure that the station has change for cclient's IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. This is supposed to be ensured long before clients even begin to come nd use the bus service at the beginning of the day. She didn't even have the decency to thank me once I had provided her with the change. Her overall attitude was unsavoury and I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received. THis is not the first time I receive bad service from this specific station.
