I recently filed my e-filing for the first time. After figuring it out, which was rather painless compared to how I thought it would be, I still did not receive payment that was owing. I then phoned the call centre, didn't have to wait long in a queue, phone was answered alomst immediately. I explained my situation to the call centre agent who explained that I had been selected for audit and that there was no further action needed from side, only to wait 30 days for the audit to complete and should they require anything they would let me know. This was very efficient and I was very pleased with the entire process.
