Since last week Friday i have not been able to log on to my email. My password is automatically saved and i just have to log in every time as i am the only one who has access to my PC. When i got the message that the password was wrong, i then did the whole whole forgot password thing and got my question, when i answered my question (WITH THE CORRECT ANSWER), i got a message that the answer is wrong and my ability to change my password has been locked for an hour.
I tried again on Monday, several times, and eventually relented and decided to send Webmail a query from my other email address, stating the problem AND my Webmail address. On Tuesday i sent a query from the help page on Webmail. I still have yet to get a response from Webmail. I need to get into this account as i do my banking and other important things via THIS specific email and at this point CANNOT even change this WITHOUT getting into the account.
I just need this to be fixed so that i can move my info from Webmail.
