I have received an AARTO speeding fine in the mail and want to pay it. One option that they offer is via internet banking. However:
There are NO bank details on the website (duh?)
The call centre telephone system does not allow you to get through to an agent. (duh?)
So the competence (or lack thereof) is clearly evident. Based on the useless interface options offered I should then probably ignore the fine as they wont get their act together to find me in million years.
Has anyone figured these AARTO people out? I am asking this generally as I assume they wont bother to look at Hello-peter.
