My mother has worked as a teacher for the past - 34 years, she retired last year to date she still has not received her pension funds. My mother worked in what was previously known as the Bophuthatswana, and the remainder of her career spanned in the North West.
The information we have received is that they can not find my mother's file from the previous Bophuthatswana, they have put it to my mother to try and sort this out on her own. She is refered from one person to the other, the people in Mafikeng do not even want to supply us with their email addresses because they fear to be associated with the mail trail.
I was contacted by the Irene Molope from Potchefstroom two days ago, who promised to call me within that day - to date has not come back to me and my mother informs me that she always has to make the attempts to get this resolved, no one from Mafikeng and Potchefstroom calls her back - which seems to be the standard service delivery within our government institutions. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
