Im my late mother's only daughter and i got a letter from the Department of pension fund to claim her pension and they sent the forms to fill and the list of things they need. i did sent everything as the requested and the lady who was assisting me Hluli confirmed that they have received everything and verything was in order. she has alreasdy told me the amoutn that i was suppose to be getting and after a month of calling her every week she told me the amount can't be paid out to my name and account so i have to open an account in my mother name and in order to do that i needed a letter of authority from the court and in order to do that i need a letter from the department of educaction as proof that my late mother was an employee at Gert Sibane, Hluli then refered me to Percy Hlatshayo who was suppose to be assisting me with the letter said i didnt need the letter and also told me a different amount which was far moreless that the amount i was told, which was also calculated by him. until today i have been going back and forth with both of them and they were starting to be very rude, i then place a complain with Susan Nell a month ago and i haven't been asstisted.
