Letter of good standing poor service and online we

Our letter of good standing (LOGS) has expired 31 March 2013.Two weeks before that we applied and requested a renewal of LOGS. We had no reply. After sevaral unanswered calls to the Cape Town office i went to see them in person. after many hours of waiting i eventually saw a consultant Lilian. Only at this moment i was advised that they do not do manual submissions of returns, it need to be done online only which i believe is very unprofessional for them not to inform the employees ahead of time for the least through the media. Since the 09 April 2013 i'v been trying to submit returns online and have been unsuccessful. i then tried calling the Cape Town office again with no joy because they never answer the phone. I then called the Pretoria office and they could also not assist me and said i should call cape town office which i explained the above and the lady got furious at me and insisted that i should call C T office. i feel that such and important service in rendered in a very poor and unsavory manner and really need to be cleaned up especially more helpful. THE WEBSITE DEFINITELY NEED TO BE MORE USER FRIENDLY AND SHOULD AND REDESIGNED BECAUSE IT TIMEOUT AT ANY TIME.
