I requested a letter of good standing on 12 Aug. 2013 & to date no feedback has been received. It was requested as a matter of urgency but my request has not received the necessary attention. I called the office today & was told that Phumza is not there.! I spoke to Janine who advised that I should rather go to Phumza's office then wait until she furnishes me with the document. I'm totally lost for words due the fact that DOL was notified via email & feel that with the cost of Petrol it should be more cost effective if my initial request was carried out in a competent manner.
