Bad Customer Service

In 2011 i applied for a six months premium holiday and after six months i started to pay using Post Office that was in September 2011 until this year i went to old mutual office in Pretoria to submit my banking details so that i don't use Post office again. I asked them to deduct the money on the 5th of April but they did not do that until one day i decided to call Head office in Cape town and explain my problem and Patricia Makolojane explain to me that my policy lapsed on the 19th March 2013, then i said how because i know that i don't owe Old Mutual anything she said i am 3 months behind. i thought i was supposed to get an sms, letter or phone call to warn me Old Mutual cancelled my policy without my knowledge, if i did not call i wouldn't know, but at the end they found out that they were wrong and they rectify their mistake even today no one from Head office in Cape Town call and apologise to me for the position too much stressed they put me on. i am so diappointed with the service i received from such a well respected company like old mutual, i was doing follow ups for myself no one even care or call me until they rectify their mistakes.
