I went to cash crusaders at Mamelodi denlyn today, it was 9.10 I entered the store the was no cashier at front the was a client I found at the door she was told the store is not yet opened but the door was opened, we waited with that client a coloured lady, the cashier came and the was a lady sales consultant I think she works at the floor she was with a client a guy, that guy came after me and that lady but he was assisted b4 us, that lady took the contract of that client of which it was two contracts she went straight to the cashier they assisted that client b4 dey can even assist us, that lady was so friendly to that client the guy she even called that client chomi we were there waiting and watching she gave that client an extra ordinary client service.she even went to take his contract without even complaining.
The cashier called the next client Nd with that lady we were like do u assist people with que first come first serve the cashier sad yes, that lady was assisted and that store sales consultant went to fetch her contract but she was complaining...
I was next and the cashier assisted me well she asked the sales consultant to fetch the contract she refused, she gave me the reciept and I went out of the store because I furious with that ladies attitude, she refused to go and collect the contract. I went the my self cos the cashier told me to go and fetch the contract...
My complain.
1. I tried talking to the lady by the name of Lerato Marema I told her nicely that she must treat us as client equally as the is no special client, she was like that client came yesterday I told her that I was also here yesterday of which it was Saturday I was assisted by some lady Nd I told her that I will come today to pay, so what's the difference between me and that guy she was like that's not my problem she gave me a very Nd attitude she spoke to me like I was no body Im her colleague she dsnt RESPECT clients.
I was humiliated I felt like I was named in the store she was back chatting at me she doesn't have respect, ... I asked her to write her name she wrote it she was even playing with the guy at the door, she even wrote her cell number the way she dsnt care ..
