I just left your store unhappy and often times unhappy witg the service we get from your store, don't know if maybe it's because we also work in the center, I went a few minutes ago to buy food and asked for cash back of R150 and was assisted by Zandile, she said she doesn't have R50 and I proceeded to ask that she ask her fellow colleagues, she asked Pretty if she had R150 and Pretty said she had. She told me to continue with my transaction next door but bofore I go withdraw next door (Pretty's till) I must 1st pay for the food that was rang up already, without hesitation I did what I was told and when I went to then now withdraw o stood there for close to 5 min waiting for her to assist the guy that she was already assisting upon my arrival, when she was done with him she wanted to assist another lady that found me waiting there to withdraw, when I asked how is she then helping her when I come from the next till even, she said I must go wait in the que... How I don't understand and I left. I don't know how your system works but that's totally unfair to me and unprofessional in that regards.
