Went to a pick n pay store during lunch time, the que was very long and when i finally got to the front i realised there were clients that were coming forth me, and there wa a lady Lorraine that was assisting the ladies infront of me and then was also assisted a gentlemen that came from nowhere, when i asked her about it she answered me in a very unrespectful manner that made me feel small and not important as a client, my rights to equallity were compromised and i not expect such a treatment from a big store like pick n pay, i phoned the store manager to complain about it but he only told me he apologises and will speak to the lady, i expect an apology from the store and that staff member. and maybe the staff should get training on treating customer with respect.
