Unhappy patient

Good afternoon

My Tanya Ramakobya I am a patient of Ferncrest and the whole of my family. Recently I feel like the doctors at the emergency room they are not taking us seriously. I was there a week ago because of my tonsils and she just look and said Ohk I will give u a medication do you need a sick note. I said no and I was expecting her to explain what was happening to my throat and she said do you want to test COVID I said no do you think I have it and said I don’t know. I felt like she was not taking me seriously like I want a day off at work. I left there shocked and disappointed. Today the 27/12/2021 my son was vomiting since in the morning and I took him to Ferncrest as it is the closest hospital. He said the doctor asked what was wrong with him he explained then he left, after some few minutes the nurse came with needles and he asked her what is that for. The nurse said didn’t the doctor explain to you he said no then the nurse called the doctor then the doctor explain to him. After he took off the shirt ready for needles then the nurse said no on your back. The my son refused to take the needles and they told him to go to X-ray he waited thinking they will take him to the X-ray as he doesn’t know where the X-ray is. He waited in the room until he runs off being patient and he left the doctor’s room because now no one was saying anything to him. After an hour one of the nurses called me to ask where Thuto is then I told him that I am with him. Then she said she thought Thuto was at the X-ray. Then she said I must come and take the prescription. When I get to the hospital then the other nurse wanted to explain to me as to what happened I told her I am not there for explanation one of the nurses called me and told me that the is a prescription for Thuto I came to pick it up. Then the nurse who called me said she never said there is a prescription and the only reason why I left my home in the middle of heavy rain is because you said there is prescription otherwise I would never have risked driving in therain I was so upset because if they can’t help why did she lie on the phone. I am recently not happy with the way the treat us as people who are sick.I loved Ferncrest because the doctors who used to work there they will give you their time and explain in a simple terms what is wrong with your body. But now those who are now at the emergency I feel like we are there for sick note or we are not sick or the only people who are sick have Covid. Please look in this matter we paying a lot of money is like we are at public hospital. I am disappointed I don’t want to lie very much disappointed
