On the 12th March 6am to 7am i took my son to the hospital due to vomiting and stomach cramps at the time by casualties as my son was crying we were taken to see the doctor on duty. The doctor was busy on the computer after 20mnts we were told his shift is off the next Dr will help can a Dr do that? 2 Dr came in same time my son is crying vomiting already 4x 3 Dr. stood & chart 10mnts. Not greeted at all they all wnt again i was getting frustrated again 20mnts passed i ask the nurse to call the doctors she said she is not allowed.
I was of the wrong colour been an Indian as me & my son we were passed as if we don't exist regardless of my child crying that didn't even bother them & they saw it was emergency.
Now i was angry how long must i wait as my son was the only 1 to be checked at that time, i went & screamed at the reception the person there looked at as if i am crazy then every 1 is coming they want to take me to another doctor by the nurse due to i want them to cancel this as i am taking my son some where else after been treaded like dogs.
This white doctors are very will never take my kids there. I believe there are more customers that have this experience
