Debited but nothing received

I was sold a set of books over the phone for R99.99 with the option of a 14 day free trial. I have never received these books yet they have already debited my account. When I called to query this, I was told they would resend the books. To date I have still not received my books and have also not received a credit.
That kind of service or lack of is highly unacceptable and they should really look at improving it.
