Still Debiting Account

My account at Jacklin Enterprises is supposed to be cancelled, but they are still debiting money from account for books that I have not received.
I have requested a credit over a month ago and i am still waiting, after i had to tell them what books i have received.
Very bad services, very bad accounting systems, i think that they should not be in business at all.
