Debit orders kept on going off my bank account, the previous month was 3 debit orders all at once without any notification or just an email stating what the debit orders will be for and what to expect! I was getting fed up with the fact that I only get the statements when I receive the books in the post not knowing in advance or at the time when the amounts are debited what exactly it is for... I phoned and stated that I have reason to believe that I have not received all the books I was supposed to, I notified Jacklin via email which books I have received and they confirmed that there were 2 book packs outstanding. I eventually received it but I cancelled my subscription in the meantime, and again on the 30.04.13 another debit order went off after the subscription has been cancelled and I have proof because I received an email confirming the cancellation, and I have not received any books for the amount debited!!! I reported this on Sat the 04.05.13 and still no feedback from Jacklin whatsoever! When you phone the lines are so busy that the line gets disconnected after a while. I am very disappointed and upset!! I expect a full refund!
