Not getting my copy of the Sunday Times was an irritation, but it all pales in comparison to how shabbily I am being treated when I complain.
I phones twice on Sunday telling them I never received my newspaper.
Both times I was told that they would contact the area manager and solve the problem.
well nothing happened. No paper - no phone call.
I then phoned the Sunday times during working hours and never got to speak to a person.
Voice mail!
I left a message, and have not had a reply yet.
Now I cannot keep on phoning forever - so I decided to vent my frustration here.
Sadly the damage is done, I have a solid impression of how "efficient" the Sunday Times is in my head, and it is not a good one.
People - a tiny bit of service will save you a fortune in reputation management.
