It has been a month and I am still not getting my dally Times newspaper. My account has been renewed in full before my subscription was ending, however i still do not get my paper. They only deliver the Sunday times. I have called day after day and all the consultants tell me is that they will sort out the issue. However nothing is being done. I have tried to speak to the Manager but he is never available. Whats the use of paying upfront then? This is terrible service from the whole company and the Sunday times and times staff. I might as well just cancel and get my money back. Please get your act together and sort my problem out.
