Im a subscriber to Sunday times and Sunday World, for four weeks my news paper has not been delivered.
When you call the call center you are promised that next week it will be delivered and nothing happens.
The mangers of he Call center do not have control over the area suppliers therefore you are unable to speak to a person who can actually ensure that you news par is delivered.
How can this Company take my money and not deliver the goods its been four weeks since i received a paper and this is shocking and its actually.
The fact is the call centers are useless and i must waste my time and my money calling them to follow up on my newspaper delivery.
For a company that deals with deadlines, people and news and they fail to ensure that those who complain through there own call centers get helped is shocking and is tantamount to.
To expert me as a client to call the call center and yet no paper is delivered is frustrating and i feel one is not let a choice but to cancel the subscription and advice other people as many as possible to stay away from Sunday times
FOUR WEEKS NO NEWSPAPER DELIVERED AND NO CALL FROM ANYONE TO EXPLAIN WHY IS MY PAPER NOT DELIVERED.
