Incorrect amount going through my account

I used to previously resided at 61 Natureview Street and had a newspaper subscription. This was my parents home. They have since taken up their own subscription for the last 2 years and provided their own banking details. In December 2012 they cancelled their subscription as they were on holiday. In January 2013 they re-instated their subscription. Le Anne Vadivelu incorrectly captured the debit with my banking details. I called in February and requested the money be returned to myself and my details be removed. I was assured that this will be done but to no avail. The next month (March) the debit went off again. I had my parents call in and part of the debit order was changed. I am now sitting in April with a small amount still going through my account and no idea as to when my funds will be returned. I have left messages for my call to be returned but she never did. I now await for your response, failing which I will hand this over to my attorney for the recovery of this transaction. I also suggest that she goes for some form of training as her attitude is one of disbelief that she could have made a mistake.
