My Subs
No deliver of new order in 4 months

I've subscribed to a magazine on the 2nd of April 2013, reference: my-subs-200540, and have not received anything yet.

I've tried contacting my subs via email more than 5 times with no direct/exact response. Only emails going forward and backward "Please attend to this" and nothing happens.
