Whats worse that a bad product?

The only thing worse than this co's product is their aftersales service...

I purchased an electronic magazine from My Subs recently. However there were a few blank pages. Added to this, I was charged twice for the same product

Two phone calls, one email later and all I have heard from them is... nothing - the silence is deafening...
