BREACH OF CONTRACT

Good day, I have a complaint about the Beeld that delivers a "service" of delivering news papers. From last year August 2012 to February 2013 this year I have paid every single month for six (6) news papers a week for a month and they only deliver three (3) a week. Furthermore I have contacted their office numerous times and spoke to Beverly and Gieta at 0861 233 531. They refuse to pay my money back and told me that they will extend the time and deliver news papers until the "extra" money is used up. From the 9th of July 2013 I don't receive any news papers at all. No one at their office are willing to solve this problem I am sick and tired of trying to solve this matter as I am a an elderly person and it feels like they don't want to help me, please help me to solve this problem.
