No Prize 7 weeks late

I won the Sony Experia Z competition on the very first day. Stephen contacted me and I sent him my bank statements and ID as requested. Well 7 weeks later and still nothing??? Stephen is very friendly and tries to help as far as he can but is not able to do so as payments are obviously done by accounts??? So what is the hold up? Quite disappointed with this! Would appreciate ANY sort of concrete answer as to when I can expect my prize money.
